Questions people ask
How much does it cost to post a job?
Posting a job is free. You pay for the work itself once it is finished: the hourly rate you agreed multiplied by the hours actually worked. The rate you see already includes our service fee.
How do I choose a provider?
When pros respond to your job you see each one's hourly rate, rating and number of completed jobs. Pick whoever suits you best, or browse providers on the map and book one directly.
When and how do I pay?
After the job is complete, right in the app, by card or PayPal. You are charged for the hours actually worked, so a job that finishes early costs less.
I am a service provider. How do I start getting job alerts?
Download the SMARTSRVCS Provider app, pick the services you offer and add your address. You will be alerted whenever a matching job is posted in your area.
How do providers get paid?
Add your bank account in the Provider app. Earnings from completed jobs are paid out to it, and you can follow every payment on your earnings screen.
Can I use SMARTSRVCS to hire staff?
Yes. Switch to Employer mode in the SMARTSRVCS app to post openings, search and invite candidates, and hire. Work is invoiced monthly and paid in the app.
